Freshness Guarantee
Wild Rose Floral uses only fresh, high-quality flowers and takes great care in selecting and conditioning every stem, and in designing every arrangement.
With proper care, fresh cut floral arrangements are expected to remain fresh and beautiful for approximately 5-7 days from delivery, although individual flowers and varieties naturally have different vase lives. Some blooms may last considerably longer, while others may naturally decline sooner.
Our freshness expectation is not a guarantee that every individual flower will remain in bloom for a specific number of days. Flowers are living, natural materials, and their longevity can be affected by variety, maturity, temperature, humidity, placement, water quality, and care after delivery.
If you believe your arrangement is not performing as reasonably expected for its type and condition, please contact Wild Rose Floral promptly upon noticing the issue. Claims should be reported as soon as possible so that we can properly evaluate the condition of the flowers and determine an appropriate resolution. We may request photographs and information regarding the care and conditions in which the arrangement has been kept.
If a freshness concern is determined to be the result of an issue with the floral product rather than normal aging or conditions after delivery, Wild Rose Floral may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
The freshness guarantee does not apply to flowers that have been improperly cared for, exposed to excessive heat or cold, direct sunlight, drafts, outdoor conditions, or other unsuitable environments, or where the care instructions provided by Wild Rose Floral have not been followed.
Living Plants
Plants are living works of art and, unlike cut flowers, have the potential to continue growing and changing long after delivery.
Plant longevity varies substantially according to species, maturity, growing conditions, light, temperature, watering, humidity, and ongoing care. Plant arrangements should therefore be appreciated as living works of art rather than products with a guaranteed lifespan.
Wild Rose Floral does not guarantee a specific lifespan for plants. We select plants in good condition at the time of design, and provide appropriate care information so that recipients can maintain them in their new environment.
